Axcess Pro Integrated Financial Product Management Solution also has the flexibility to allow the user
to create “template” documents in Microsoft Word. The templates
may include marketing documents, letters of offer, contracts and
legal documents all of which can be maintained and managed by the
user organisation. The document management functions contained within
the Axcess Pro Integrated Financial Product Management Solution provides you with comprehensive control over your
documents.
Axcess Pro Integrated Financial Product Management Solution allows you to create letters and documents,
using a template or not, and the documents are AUTOMATICALLY indexed for searching, saved
and linked to the appropriate client, loan or investment record
and can be viewed on line or printed as required.
If you view any client/contact record you have
immediate access to all linked documents via the Documents Tab.
Scan in any externally created documents, link them to the client,
loan or investment and they are added to the document tab for automatic
retrieval.
Store letters, correspondence or documents in the
database and link them to the contact/client, loan and/or investment.
Task Management
Axcess Pro Integrated Financial Product Management Solutions has a task management or a “to do” function which
allows you to create task lists that are linked to employees, contacts/clients
and products. Tasks are created and prioritised by contact/client,
start date, end date, completion date and task description. A task
can be created manually or appear in the task list as a system generated
entry, triggered by workflow position, document production or transaction
processing.
Email
Axcess Pro Integrated Financial Product Management Solutions links to Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook which allows documents and/or messages
to be sent to contacts/clients or other users. At any time you can
transfer received emails from your Microsoft Outlook inbox and link them
to a client/contact record to provide a comprehensive online history
of contact with a client/contact.
