Axcess Americas Brings ARMnet Mortgage
Software Solution to the American Market.

Fort Lauderdale, FL February 2, 2007- Axcess Americas LLC, a joint venture between Axcess Consulting Group Pty. Ltd. of Australia and Centuric Group LLC, announced today the launch of Axcess’ ARMnet Mortgage Software Solution in the United States. This product released in the mid 90’s in Australia boasts over forty clients including ING Mortgage Funds, Australia; Bluestone Mortgage Group; Perpetual Trustees, Australia’s largest trustee company. Companies using ARMnet will have a very high performance end-to end full solution system.

ARMnet Mortgage Software can be customized for any size lender in any type of lending channel. The system is based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which allows for tracking of every entity the company does business with. Built on Microsoft’s “next generation” Visual Basic® .NET and Smart Client Technology, it allows for flexible, quick and easy adjustments to the way the system handles daily mortgage operations.

ARMnet provides financial institutions a much higher return on investment than legacy systems. Created for convenience and easy conversion the system can quickly adapt to any type of business model.
